Privacy, kept precise.

Application behavior. The site currently sets no application cookies and includes no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking scripts. It is primarily a collection of static pages. The hosting platform and network providers may still process ordinary request metadata in operational or security logs; their retention is governed by those providers.

The contact form. The form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. The endpoint also processes anti-spam and rate-limiting metadata. The current code does not write message content to an application database. When delivery is configured, the submission is sent to the owner via the configured email provider; when delivery is not configured, the form reports that it could not be delivered.

Provider and retention. The deployment provider is Vercel. The contact endpoint supports Resend delivery, but provider credentials are intentionally absent from this repository. The owner must confirm the final email provider, retention period, deletion process, and any cross-border processing before production email delivery is enabled. Until then, these details are an explicit deployment gate, not an implied promise.

Sensitive data. Please do not send patient data, personal health information, credentials, or other sensitive material through the general contact form. MedAI-related inquiries should remain at the level of public research, educational information, or system questions unless an appropriate approved channel is established.

Privacy requests. For a correction or deletion request concerning a message you sent, contact ngokien1607@gmail.com. Requests are handled according to the confirmed retention policy once that policy is approved.
